H³ Real Estate Advisors, LLC (“H³”) is an Atlanta-based multifamily investor and operator founded in July 2020. Principals of H³ were previously principals of The Wilkinson Group, Inc. (“WGI”). WGI sold its multifamily portfolio in February and March 2020. H³ was created to leverage the core competencies, track record and capital relationships of its team members to acquire a portfolio of multifamily investments across the Southeast. As of November 1, 2020, H³ owns and operates five communities (totaling 1,340 units) in four states (Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Kentucky). Since 2008, the H³ team has executed more than $2.1 billion in multifamily transactions. H³ will focus its strategy on the acquisition of value-oriented multifamily investments in Primary and Secondary markets across the Southeast.
