The team at H³ Real Estate Advisors has a long record of providing strong investment performance to its partners. We have an excellent track record of identifying underperforming assets, strategically renovating the property to increase revenue, and closely overseeing the community management to maximize the return to our investors. We provide timely and accurate reporting and tax documentation.

PHIL DEGUIRE

Phil Deguire is a Founding Partner at H³ Real Estate Advisors. He is responsible for investment strategy and capital relationships. Prior to founding H³ Real Estate Advisors, Phil served as Chief Executive Officer of The Wilkinson Group from 2008-2020. During that period, The Wilkinson Group completed more than $2.1 billion in transactions. Phil previously held positions at an Atlanta-based boutique real estate investment group and as an officer for a publicly traded global real estate services firm. He has more than twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Phil received a BA from Williams College. He and his wife, Heather, have two children and reside in Dunwoody, Georgia.

CHAD BRAMMER

Chad Brammer is a Founding Partner at H³ Real Estate Advisors. Previously, Chad worked for seventeen years at The Wilkinson Group where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Following the sale of The Wilkinson Group’s portfolio in March 2020, Chad formed H³ with Phil Deguire. Chad has also held acquisition and finance positions for multiple publicly traded companies. Chad received a Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. He is an Airline Transport Pilot and flies regularly. Chad also serves on multiple non-profit Boards. He and his wife, Hayley, have three boys and live in Dunwoody Georgia.

PATRICK STEELMAN

Patrick Steelman’s responsibilities at H³ Real Estate Advisors include evaluating potential acquisitions, coordinating the disposition of existing assets, and tracking monthly portfolio performance. Patrick served in a similar capacity for The Wilkinson Group from 2013-2020.

Patrick received a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Finance, from the University of Mississippi. Patrick lives in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife, Alyssa, and their two children, Mac and Eloise. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid golfer.

JEFF GASKINS

Jeff Gaskins oversees all accounting and financial reporting for H³ Real Estate Advisors. Prior to joining H³ , Jeff worked for seven years at Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors as Vice-President of Accounting. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry including working for land development, home building and golf course development companies.

Jeff received a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State University and an MBA from Mercer University. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant. He has two grown children and is married to Lori Harris. Jeff and Lori reside in Decatur, Georgia.
